Delivery and Shipping

 

We ship via UPS Standard or Express. UPS is our logistics partner for a cost-effective and secure international delivery service.

 

How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery times for your order are:

•  Within the EU: usually 1 to 4 business days.

•  Outside the EU: usually 4 to 7 business days.

•  For specific delivery times for countries outside the European Union, please refer to the UPS Global Delivery Times list.

Please note that delivery may take up to 12 days longer if the shipment requires customs clearance in non-European countries. We have no influence over customs procedures and apologize for any inconvenience caused by resulting delays. Please be aware that a formal inquiry (tracer) cannot be initiated while the shipment is still in transit. However, you can track the status of your delivery online via the shipping provider.

 

What are the shipping costs?

•  Shipping within Germany: €6.99 (incl. 19% VAT)

•  Shipping within the EU: €14.49 (incl. 19% VAT)

•  Shipping to non-EU countries: €24.99 (incl. 19% VAT)

Note: Please be aware that shipping costs will be adjusted according to the VAT rates applicable in the respective delivery countries.
