How long does the delivery take?
How long the delivery will take depends on the method of delivery you selected.
Please check the details in the shopping cart on the Payment and Shipping page. There, you can select between various
shipping companies and see how long the estimated delivery times are for your order .
• Within the EU, deliver usually takes 1 to 4 working days .
• For deliveries outside the EU, deliveries usually take 4 to 7 working days. Please note that the delivery time depends on the delivery method you selected. However, this may take up to 12 days longer if it has to go through customs.
We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from
this. No investigation request can be made when in the delivery is transit . You  can, however, sometimes follow the  status of the delivery online, depending upon shipping company concerned.

We ship with DHL-Standard or Express
DHL is our logistics partner for an inexpensive and secure international delivery service. Delivery time using DHL Standard (for deliveries within the European Union) is 2-6 working-days from dispatch of the goods. Delivery times
for countries outside the European Union can be found on DHL’s world-wide delivery times list.

• Collection of unsuccessful deliveries from the post office

We aim to provide you with an exceptional warranty service and to help us serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible we ask that you please take a moment and fill out this form (one form per item).

Shipping instructions:

  • To prevent accidental loss we ask you to remove all extras from your optic including rings, straps, bubble levels etc. except for lens covers. If you are shipping binos, they can be in their carry case for extra protection.
  • It is important to include a copy of this form in the box with the optic you are sending. This confirms your address and contact information for us.
  • Please take extra care in packing your optics in a secure, padded shipping box. If you are using the products retail box, please place this box in another larger box with padding on the inside.

Good to know

  • Even though repair times vary we work to get your product back to you as fast as possible.
  • GPO GmbH cannot provide or arrange upgrades.
  • Our warranty does not cover theft, loss, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
  • Warranty claims affecting replacement or repair of the product are made solely at the discretion of GPO. In the case of products that cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical product, a similar valued or featured product will be supplied.
  • If you can pay for shipping the item to us we will cover all the costs to get it back to you. Please note that COD shipments will be refused. We also ask not to select ‘card for pickup’ or ‘ID required’ to help prevent any delays in
    getting the product to our warranty dept.
  • GPO GmbH will only accept a repair from customer outside of the US. For warranty claims in the US please contact
